Karen Yager is the current Dean of Studies at Knox, and, as such, is responsible for the school’s academic performance. After beginning in 2010, Knox achieved its best New South Wales Higher School Certificate results ever in 2011. She has also has been responsible for many academic-related co-curricular activities, such as the Global Writing Project and the expansion of the Da Vinci Decathlon program. She is also a lecturer an English Method Lecturer at the University of New South Wales and is well known for her revolutionary work at many public schools in New South Wales, including Richmond River High School.
