Steve Chong has been an influential leader of the Rice Movement. This included many evangelistic events such as Rice Rally and Rice Regenerate. Rice stands for Inter-church Evangelism, which started in 2002 when three youth groups joined, to worship God. Steve Chong, who has lead this since, has changed many people's lives through his evangelism and his teachings. His overseeing and leadership has lead to the great success of Rice. Steve Chong is the lead pastor of Kirkplace Presbyterian Church.
